Faith Formation

Who of us would say that our relationship with God is as close as it can ever be?  If we are honest with ourselves, we know that is not true.  And so, at St. Bernardine’s we have opportunities to know, love, and serve God for all stages of life.

There is Religious Education for pre-Ks to 12th graders, and RCIA, Adult Bible school and Vacation Bible school.  Yes, faith formation is a life-long process.  Wherever you are in this process, please come and join us.

Liturgy & Worship

Our Purpose is to oversee, review and evaluate ways to make worship more meaningful, implementing cultural heritage into the rites of our liturgy.

The skills needed are to have a Love of God and the willingness to work.

St. Bernardine’s has many opportunities to volunteer. It’s a great way to connect with the rest of the parish, meet new friends and help the church at the same time! We could not survive without our team of volunteers.

· Look at the Mass itself: Lectors, Ushers, Eucharistic Ministers, Musicians, all volunteers.

·  Religious Education programs: Principals, teachers, aides, all volunteers

·  Youth Ministry: Teachers, all volunteers

· Social Ministry: Hospitality Dinners, visiting homes, hospitals, nursing homes, all volunteers

· Funerals: Nurses, Comfort food, Ushers, Eucharistic Ministers, Bereavement, all volunteers
